The said resolution was challenged by respondent No.8 by filing a Reference according to the provisions of Section 21(4) of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 and it was allowed by the Collector vide order dated 03.08.2021 and this petition has been preferred against the said order. 2. Taking into consideration the fact that the term of Sarpanch has already expired and panchayat elections have been conducted across the State of Chhattisgarh and thus, this petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
