B G UMA DEVI The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue a writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of the respondents herein disengaging the petitioners from service treating them as casuals though they are continuing since long back and not regularising the service of the petitioners as illegal, unjust and arbitrary, discrimination and as such liable to be set aside with a consequential direction to regularise the service of the petitioners with all consequential benefits including arrears of pay forthwith and pass such other order or orders...” 2 2. Sri S.M.Subhan, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in view of the subsequent events taken place, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for further adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
