Mr. Rohit Ranjan Sinha, the learned counsel for the petitioner appears through the virtual mode. He has no complain about the clarity and quality of video and audio. 3. He submits that his prayer is for Transport Allowance including Dearness Allowance from the period between 03.09.2013 to 30.04.2024. It is also submitted that his representation is pending before the Authorities and suffice it would be, if a direction is given to the respondents to dispose of the same. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that if the petitioner files fresh representation before the respondent no. 6-the Deputy Secretary, his case will be considered. 5. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 6- the Deputy Secretary, who will consider the case of the petitioner. 6. The representation should be filed within four weeks and the decision should be taken within six weeks thereafter. 7. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any benefits the same should be extended to the petitioner. If any part of the claim of the petitioner is rejected for any reasons whatsoever the reasons should be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 8.
