Office to trace the same and list with this case. On the other hand, counsel for the respondents submits that 12 Letters Patent Appeals i.e. LPAST Nos. 61878, 61880/25, 61883/25, 62155/25, 62156/25, 62157/25, 62158/25, 62159/25, 62160/25, 62161/25, 62162/25 and 62163/25, have been filed against the same judgment on the ground of regular pay-scale from the earlier date instead of 9th October, 2017.
