Learned Deputy Advocate General states that the compliance affidavit has been filed, a copy whereof was made available for the perusal. In terms of the compliance affidavit, the respondents have passed the consideration order on 02.01.2024 conferring the work charge status upon the petitioners from retrospective date and fixing their pay-scale. Learned Deputy Advocate General further states that the cost in terms of the previous order has also been paid to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has some reservation to the pay fixation order.

If that be so, it is for the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for redressal of their surviving grievances.
