GP FOR SERVICES IV The Court made the following: ORDER Heard Sri Dunga Ritesh Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri S.Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for 1st respondent and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned standing counsel for respondents 2 to 4 & 6. 2. Petitioner, Field Assistant, Shigupalli Gram Panchayat, Parigi Mandal, Sri Satya Sai District, filed the above writ petition to declare the action of respondents 5 and 6 in not allowing the petitioner to discharge duties, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 5th respondent issued a show cause notice dated 05.08.2024 (Ex.P1). The petitioner submitted an explanation dated 07.08.2024 (Ex.P2). Without passing any order, respondents 5 and 6 are not allowing the petitioner to discharge her duties. 4. Learned standing counsel passed on the written the instructions of 4th respondent and would submit that the petitioner himself is not attending the duties and hence, the Project Director, issued a show cause notice (Ex.P1), for which the petitioner submitted an explanation. Thereafter, the 4th respondent issued another show cause notice vide Rc.No.35/F.A/Shigupalli/Parigi/2024 dated 24.12.2024 and the petitioner submitted his explanation on 04.01.2025. He would submit that respondents 5 and 6 are not interfering with the petitioner’s discharging duties and they will follow due process. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the counsel directing the respondents 4 to 6 not to interfere with the petitioner discharging duties, without following due process of law. No costs. This order will not preclude the 4th respondent from considering the petitioner’s explanation dated 04.01.2025 and passing appropriate orders strictly in terms of Field Assistants Human Resource Policy, 2013.
