This application has been preferred by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 26.09.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1151 of 2025. The modification which has been sought for is with respect to the conditions of bail as appearing in paragraph 8 of the said order and it has been submitted that since the petitioner is not in a position to furnish bail bond, a prayer has been made to release him on personal bond. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer made by the petitioner. On consideration of the averments made in the instant application and the application submitted by the petitioner which has also been brought on record, the order dated 26.09.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1151 of 2025 is modified to the extent that in paragraph 8 of the said order, the conditions of bail which have been mentioned is modified and the petitioner is directed to be released on Neutral Citation (2025:JHHC:38504-DB) 2 bail on his personal bond.
