Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents who preferred instructions which are taken on record. 2. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, on the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel submitted that the petitioner no.1 has already submitted before concerned police authorities that now there is no any threat is being given by private respondent in pursuance of solemnization of their marriage and both the petitioners are living happily and as such, no cause of action survives in favour of petitioners to pursue the instant petition and the same may be disposed of. 4.
