The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Doranda P.S. Case No. 197 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 64(m), 69, 78, 79, 351(3) & 352 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri Manish Kumar Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-XIII, Ranchi. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. It was submitted that parties are major. It was further submitted that parties were in consensual physical relationship since last one year. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Manish Kumar Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-XIII, Ranchi or his successor, in connection with Doranda P.S.
