The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to quash the complaint No.12 of 2014, dated 06.01.2014 (Annexure P-1) and the summoning order dated 09.12.2014 (Annexure P-15) and impugned order dated 16.10.2017 (Annexure P-17) passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Karnal and all subsequent proceedings arising out therefrom. 2. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is listed for final disposal before the Trial Court today itself. 3. In view of the final stage of trial, this Court is not inclined to pass any order in the present case and the petition is ordered to be dismissed. 4. Needless to observe that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all the pleas available to him before the Trial Court, at an appropriate stage.
