The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No.96 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of the B.N.S, 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D & 84C of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar. On 17.06.2025 at about 12.30 P.M., Cyber Police Deoghar, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled at Raydih forest, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner. On search, mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that prosecution has not recorded the statement of any victim to show that mobile phones which were recovered from the possession of the petitioner was used in cheating anybody. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar, in connection with Cyber P.S.
