While placing on record communication dated 18.12.2025, issued under the signatures of Divisional Manager, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Dharamshala, learned counsel representing the non-applicants/respondents states that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, sum of Rs.15,81,525/- stands paid to the applicant/petitioner on account of DCRG. Leave encashment to the tune of Rs.3,77,010/- along with interest on delayed payment is yet to be paid to the applicant/petitioner. Learned counsel representing the non-applicants/respondents states that aforesaid amount shall be paid expeditiously within four weeks. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed. However, respondents are directed to ensure that balance amount on account of leave encashment as well as interest on delayed payment shall be paid in favour of the applicant/petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within four weeks from today, failing which applicant/petitioner would be at
liberty to get the present proceedings revived, so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards implementation of the judgment/order, sought to be executed in the instant proeedings. December 19, 2025
