A case has been registered against the Pet'ltiOner herein and others for the offence punishable under section 20(b)(ii)(C) ` .-. . {`- I--19 t\ I-A iE read with 8(c), 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,1985 (for short lthe NDPS Act'). 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 03.09.2024, at about 08.30 hours, on receipt of credible information, the Sub- lnspector of Police, Hukumpeta Police Station, along with his staff and mediators, conducted raid at Pamurai junction, Teegalavalasa Panchayath, Hukumpeta Mandal, ASR district, and found Al to A5 in possession of 24 Kgs of Ganja. The contraband was seized under cover of a mediators report and a case has been registered against the accused. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. The petitioner/A2 was arrested on 03.09.2024 and since then he is in judicial custody. The quantity of Ganja allegedly seized from the possession of accused is 24 Kgs. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that major portion of investigation is completed and for want of inventory the charge sheet is not yet file. 6. ln view of the aforesaid facts and Circumstances Of the case, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/A2 on the following conditions. iE= ii= _Ski,_ri` i= `` ,` 3 I/ i) The petitioner/A2 shal`l be released on bail on hl's executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with -two sureties of the like sum each to the satl-sfaction of the learned I Additional Distrl'ct and Sessions Judge-Gum-Special Judge for trial of offences under the NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam. ii) On release, the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday betw,een 10.00 am and 01.00 pm, till filing of the charge sheet. 7.
