1. By this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks quashing of the charge sheet filed in Crime No. 67/2021 registered at Police Station, Sanna District Jashpur, for the offences under Sections 366, 376(2)(n) / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this petition has been rendered infructuous as the trial has concluded and the petitioner has been acquitted of the charges.
3. Learned counsel for the State/respondent does not controvert the above submission.
4. In view of the above submission, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
