It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for petitioner that petitioner no. 3 namely, Ramniwas Kumar, who is the petitioner of present modification petition could not surrender before the learned trial court within stipulated time period, as directed in terms of Cr. Misc. No. 8783 of 2025 dated 07.03.2025 due to personal difficulties. 3. It is pointed out that the aforesaid non- appearance of petitioner within stipulated period before learned trial court was neither intentional nor deliberate. 4. Considering aforesaid submission and taking note of reasons explained through present modification petition Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29674 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 itself, the petitioner/accused, namely, Ramniwas Kumar is directed to surrender before the learned trial court within two weeks as of now. 5 Cr. Misc. No. 8783 of 2025 dated 07.03.2025, be read with aforesaid modification qua petitioner, namely Ramniwas Kumar. 6.
