The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pakartanr P.S. Case No.05 of 2024, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 419 and 420 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(C) and 66(D) of IT Act pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Simdega. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be auto driver and the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of Rijaul Ansari and he has stated that five sim cards have been received by said Rijaul Ansari through the petitioner. He further submits that apart from that there is no allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph 2025:JHHC:33975 --2-- A.B.A. No. 5370 of 2025 No.13 of the petition and the criminal antecedent is also silent in the case diary. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that case diary has been received. She further submits that in the confessional statement of Rijaul Ansari he has taken the name of the petitioner and that has come in paragraph No.15 of supplementary case diary. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement and in the case diary apart from the confessional statement nothing new has come against the petitioner and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.13 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Simdega in connection with Pakartanr P.S. Case No.05 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated 13.11.2025 Sangam/
