Heard Mr. Rajesh Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Raja Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. The present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court RAHUL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by RAHUL DEWANGAN 2 may kindly be pleased to allow this revision petition setting aside the order dated 30.06.2018 (Annexure A/1) passed by the 2nd Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, in Case No. 404/15 and allow the application of the Applicants filed under Section 125 CrPC in full, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole respondent has died during the pendency of the case, as such, this petition has become infructuous. 4. In view of the above submission made learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.-- 5. The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit the original record of the present case and a copy of this order to the concerned trial Court within a week from today for necessary information and follow up action, if any.
