To issue a appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or direction directing the R2 to issue conversation order by certifying deemed approval for diversion of the RS.No.51/28 measuring 3 Acres 33 guntas situated at Mandolin Road, Belagavi as NA (Non-Agricultural) land as per Section 95(2)(i) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act (Amendment Act-2023) vide Annexure-D dated 21.12.2024. ii. Issue an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or direction directing the respondent No.2 to determine the conversion fees payable as per sub-section(7) Section 95 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 and issue challan to the petitioners to deposit the land conversation fees. iii. Issue any other writ or directions to meet the ends of justice. 3. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the land in Sy.No.51/28 measuring 3 acres 33 guntas situated at Mandolin Road, Belagavi. The petitioner made an application for conversion of the said land from agricultural to non-agricultural land had submitted a representation on 21.12.2024 to declare the same as non-agricultural since it comes within urban agglomeration within the development plan. Having perused the papers, it is seen that only a representation in the form of letter hads been submitted by the petitioner on 21.12.2025 and as such, the respondents cannot be expected to act on a letter without necessary details being provided. 5. In that view of the matter, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file necessary application in the format prescribed accompanied by necessary documents, the petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to consider the same within thirty days of such application as and when filed.
