The petitioner has challenged the order dated 30.01.2025, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu Bench in C.P. No. 373/2024, titled ‘Ankit Gupta vs. Finance Department’. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a compliance report, in terms of the aforesaid order dated 30.01.2025, has already been filed before the Tribunal, however, the same has not been taken into consideration while passing the impugned order. 03. Mr. Abhirash Sharma, learned counsel, appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 04. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu Bench, to consider the compliance report filed by the petitioner (respondent in the original proceedings) pass orders on the same and thereafter proceed in the matter in accordance with law.
