Keeping in view the compromise dated 14.08.2025 placed on record by the learned counsel for the appellants, a copy of which has been appended as Annexure A-1, this is a fit case to exercise power under Order XXIII Rule 3 of CPC, hence, the present regular second appeals are disposed of in terms of the said compromise. Compromise dated 14.08.2025 be also made part of the decree. 2. Needless to say, that the parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the compromise. In case any party fails to comply with the terms or resiles therefrom, the other party shall be at liberty to proceed against such party in accordance with law. 3. Pending miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of. 4. A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of connected case.
