The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lalpur P.S. Case No. 55/2025, for the offence registered under Section 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Gautam Govinda, learned Judicial Magistrate-XXXII, Ranchi. 3. On 11.02.2025 at about 9:00 A.M., motorcycle of the informant parked outside Oxygen Park, Mohrabadi was stolen by unknown thieves. During the course of investigation, parts of the motorcycle were recovered from scrap godown of the petitioner. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that petitioner is accused in as many as 10 cases. 5.
