The relief which survives in the petition is relief No. 2 which is quoted below:- "2. issue a writ order a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to revise the annual rent of the petitioner's house pursuant to order dated 18.04.2016 passed by the learned Judge Small Cause Court in Assessment Appeal No. of 21/2013 (Md. Moin and others. VS Nagar Nigam and another).]" 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on the basis of instructions received, has submitted that the annual rent paid by the petitioner has been revised consequent to the order passed in Assessment Appeal No. 21 of 2013 (Md. Moin and others v. Nagar Nigam and others), by order dated 16.04.2025. A copy of the said order has been provided to learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Under the circumstances, nothing further is required to be done in the writ petition and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is ordered to be consigned.
