The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No.110/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 118(2), 109, 333, 74, 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is residing at Bengaluru and he is working in the restaurant for earning his livelihood. He further submits that in the second part of allegation, the petitioner’s name is not taken by the informant. He then submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner of assault. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 16 of this application. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of assault. 5. Considering that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and it has been pointed out that the petitioner is residing at Bengaluru and further ( 2025:JHHC:34656 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 6583 of 2025 looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons and the residents of the same village have been made accused and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Jorapokhar P.S.
