Mr. Vikrant Chandel, Advocate, for the respondent. On 28.03.2025, learned counsel for the respondent, made a statement that appellant No.1 has expired. Learned counsel for the appellant had sought time to have instructions in that regard and four weeks’ time was granted to take appropriate steps. Thereafter, the matter was fixed on 03.06.2025, 16.07.2025 and 21.08.2025 but till date no consequential steps have been taken on account of death of appellant No.1. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that registered letter was sent to appellant No.2 Prem Singh but none has turned up to take appropriate steps.
