CMP No.29300 of 2025 By way of this application, the applicants have prayed for release of amount of Rs.4,25,000/- deposited by the insurer- National Insurance Co. Ltd. in compliance to order dated 13.09.2025 passed by National Lok Adalat. As per report of the Registry, the amount stands deposited. There is no opposition to the application. Accordingly, the same is allowed. Amount of Rs.4,25,000/- lying in deposit in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants as per their respective shares along with proportionate interest accrued thereon by remitting the same to their respective bank accounts as detailed in para-6 of the application, after due verification.
