Accordingly, both these cases are being disposed of by a common order. 2. Heard the parties. 3. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 111(2)(ii), 111(3), 111(4), 317(2), 317(4), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) & 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(B), 66(C) & 66(D) of I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 4. On 26.01.2025, Cyber police, Jamtara, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled at Dhanbad, Sahibganj Main Road near village Narayanpur, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended these petitioners alongwith co- accused persons. On search, three mobile phones were recovered from the possession of petitioner Ajay Mandal while two mobile phones were recovered from possession of petitioner Md. Arif Ansari. 5. It was submitted that petitioners are in custody since 26.01.2025 and similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
