Ms. Sanjeev Kuthiala, Senior Advocate with Ms.Tamanna Sharma, Advocate, vice counsel, for the applicants/respondents. CMP No.30681 of 2025 In compliance to order dated 16.12.2025, the Registry has calculated the amount payable to the applicant/appellant/Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd. in terms of judgment passed by this Court on 13th October, 2025 in FAO No.54 of 2018. As per Registry, a sum of Rs.3,98,823/- has been found refundable to the applicant/appellant/Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd. in terms of aforesaid judgment. The parties have not disputed the calculations so made by the Registry. Accordingly, the application is allowed. A sum of Rs.3,98,823/- along with proportionate interest accrued thereon is ordered to be released in faovur of the applicant/appellant/Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd. by remitting the same to the bank account of said company as detailed in para-5 of the application, after due verification. Application stands disposed of. CMP No.30359 of 2025 This application has been filed for release of award amount by the applicants/claimants/respondents No.1 and 2 in FAO No.54 of 2018. Registry has reported that a sum of Rs.27,65,405/- is lying in deposit against the share of applicant No.1-Smt. Rano Devi and a sum of Rs.9,67,347/- is lying in deposit against the share of applicant No.2-Chandani. Learned counsel for the non-applicant/insurer has stated that his client has no objection in case the prayer made in the application is granted. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The amount as detailed above lying in deposit in the Registry of this Court be released in favour of applicants as per their respective shares along with proportionate interest accrued thereon by remitting the same to their respective bank accounts as detailed in paras-4 and 5 of the application, after due verification.
