The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Basal P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh. 3. On 12.09.2025, Basal Police, on the basis of confidential information, seized the tractor of the petitioner bearing Registration No. JH01FE-8809 and on search, about one ton of scrap Aluminum wire were recovered from the seized tractor. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner had purchased the seized Aluminum wire from the scrap dealer. It was further submitted that charge- sheet has been submitted in this case. It was finally submitted that the petitioner is not involved in any case of similar nature. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh in connection with Basal P.S.
