The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to constitute a Committee for investigation of the complaint dated 27.02.2025 (Annexure P-7) and to conduct fair investigation in case arising out of FIR No.63, dated 19.02.2025, under Sections 79,121 (1),132,351(2),221 of BNS, at Police Station City Sohna, District Gurugram from some independent agency. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation/complaint dated 27.02.2025 (Annexure P-7) to the Commissioner of Police, Gurugram-respondent No.3 and he shall be satisfied at this stage, if directions are issued to respondent No.3 to look into the matter and take appropriate steps, in accordance with law. 3.
