(Oral) While placing on record communication dated nil issued under the signature of Director of School Education, enclosing therewith copy of order dated 4.12.2025, issued by Deputy Director of School Education (Elem.), Sirmaur at Nahan, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General states that mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, stands complied with. 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid documents, which are taken on record, this Court finds that respondents after having considered case of 2 the petitioner in light of judgment dated 29.11.2024, rendered in CWP No. 1638 of 2024, Mohit Sharma and Anr. v. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., have granted him benefit of higher pay. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and as such, present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to ensure that consequential benefits, if any, flowing from the aforesaid compliance are released to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably, within two months.
