Prohibition (Amendment) Act. 3) Case of the prosecution in brl'efis that on 29.8.2024 atabout 12.00 noon, on credible information about illegal possession of ID liquor, the P & E. Sub Inspector, reached outskirts of Rajavaram village, Athreyapuram Mandal and on seeing poll'ce one person ran away. Then POliCe found 25 liters of lD liquor and 1400 liters of jaggery wash and other material. After.that on enquiry, police learnt the name of the culprit. 4) Heard. Perused the record. 5) The case of the prosecution l's that police party found ID liquorand jaggery wash at the spot and they learnt the name of the culprit who was Preparing the Same. No contraband was seized from the possession of the petitioner herein. In view of the same, this court is inclined to consider the prayer of petl'tioner for grant of anticipatory bail. 6) Accordingly, in the event of arrest of petitioner/accused with regard to this crime, he shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condition that the petitioner shall make himself available for /9 ., # investigation as and when requ'Ired and that he Shall not Cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. petitioner shall appear before the station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e. on every sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m., till filing of the charge-sheet. 7) Accordingly, the Cr'lminal Petition is allowed.
