The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dumka (M) P.S. Case No.195 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 384, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that false allegation is made against the petitioner of snatching the amount along with other co-accused persons. He further submits that the said allegation is general and omnibus in nature against all the accused. He next submits that one of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No.618 of 2022. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of assault and snatching the amount. 5. Considering that the allegation is there against all the accused persons and that is general and omnibus and further considering that one of the co- accused has been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A. by a Coordinate Bench of this Court and in the attending facts and circumstances ( 2025:JHHC:38155 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 7270 of 2025 of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka in connection with Dumka (M) P.S.
