The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 336(3), 318(4), 316(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner, who was posted as Clerk in the office of Sub-Divisional Agriculture Office, is alleged to have committed irregularity by forging signature of informant, withdrew and embezzled Rs. 44,28,440/- of Govt. money, which was supposed to be utilized for payment of salary of employees. 4.
