Case No. 257/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 69 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Dhanbad. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the prosecutrix. 4. Though, it has been alleged in the F.I.R. that petitioner had forced the prosecutrix for relationship but from perusal of the statement of mother of the prosecutrix, it appears that both the parties were in relationship since year, 2023. From perusal of the photographs of the informant which has been annexed by the petitioner, it appears that parties were in very intimate relationship. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Dhanbad in connection with Dhanbad P.S.
