GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 2 ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri V.V.Satish, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Sri Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has submitted Written Instructions furnished by the Tahsildar of Anandapuram dated 30.12.2024. A copy of it has been served on the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions would indicate that the case of the Writ Petitioner is under enquiry vide his application dated 17.10.2024 (Ex.P1). 4. Having regard to the above Written Instructions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merits, directing the Tahsildar of Anandhapuram, Visakhapatnam District (Respondent No.3) to complete the enquiry and pass a Speaking Order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from today and communicate a copy such Order to the Writ Petitioner forthwith. Needless to state that the Respondent No.3 is obligated to adhere to the Principles of Natural Justice by issuing advance Notice to the Writ Petitioner, consider his submissions/objections and documents, if any, before passing the final Speaking Order. 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 6.
