The petitioner has filed this representation asserting that after the Remand Order dated 01.07.1996 by the learned District Judge in M.A.No.32/1988, no further proceedings have taken place. However, Mr. N. B. N. Swamy, the learned counsel for the impleading applicant, has filed copies of a series of orders which are subsequent to the order dated 01.07.1996. It would suffice for this Court to observe that in the light of these subsequent proceedings, there is no cause for any direction to the second respondent and if the petitioner has a cause, he must necessarily work out his remedy in - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:16822 WP No. 35658 of 2024 accordance with law and that this observation cannot give a cause by itself.
