The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I placed on record a copy of the written instructions of Engineer-in- Chief, Public Health, Tadepalli, Guntur District dated 02.04.2025 informing that the petitioner was not promoted as he has not completed two years of service in the feeder category to be promoted to the next level and meanwhile he retired from service on 28.02.2021 as Chief Engineer. 5. For non-prosecution, the writ petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no orders as to costs.
