Mr. Tek Ram Sharma, Advocate, has put in appearance for respondent No.5 and reference is made that necessary documents have been handed over to the office of Accountant General by the Senior Assistant on 16.12.2025 and now the case is pending in the said office. Respondent No.5 is 2 directed to take necessary steps for grant of pension to the petitioner within a period of four weeks. 3. Accordingly, we dispose of the present execution petition on the undertaking of Mr. Tek Ram Sharma, Advocate that the needful shall be done within the aforesaid period. ( G.S.
