The learned counsel appearing for the respondent financial institution submits that the allegation in the writ petition that the petitioner was threatened is absolutely baseless. It is submitted that the respondent financial institution has not even initiated any proceedings for recovery and the overdue amount as on 10.03.2025 is only Rs.34,560/-. Taking the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent financial institution into consideration, this writ petition is closed, leaving open all contentions taken by the petitioner.
