Mangalagiri, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 435, 506 r/w. Section 149 of IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of SCs and STs (POA) Act, against the petitioners herein and others. 2. Today, when the matter was called for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners/accused sought permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition.
