The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 28672 of 2018 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to grant appropriate relief more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India declaring the Proceedings in Memo No. 402/2015 dated 17.07.2018 issued by the 1st respondent as arbitrary, illegal, malafide, discriminatory and unconstitutional, void and without jurisdiction apart from violating article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from violating principles of natural justice and contrary to the section 791 proviso to section 791 of AP Education Act, 1982 as well as law declared by this Honourable High court in case of Tagore Home Junior College Vs. P.P.A Christian and Others reported in 2001 (3) ALD 742- 2001 (4) ALT 191 and set aside the same and issue consequential directions directing the Respondents to forthwith reinstate the Petitioner to continue as Principal of MSN Degree College, Kakinada which post he was holding in pursuance of Proceedings Rc.No.667/Admin11/2010 dated 27.09.2014 issued by the 4th respondent in handing over the charge of Principal to the petitioner with all consequential benefits including arrears in salary and pass…” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.V.Krishnaiah, learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed since the relief has become infructuous. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education is in attendance. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since, the relief has become infructuous. No order as to Costs.
