This writ appeal is filed against the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.27952 of 2011 dated 19.11.2024, closing the writ petition on the submission made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner that the petitioner attained the age of superannuation. Recording the same, the said writ petition was closed vide order dated 19.11.2024, against which, the present writ appeal is preferred by the learned counsel for the appellant/writ petitioner and the learned counsel for the appellant submits that, the appellant/writ petitioner is still in service and he is continuing by virtue of the reinstatement. Since the writ petition was closed without going into the merits by 3. recording the above said submission of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the liberty is given to the appellant to file review application in the above said writ petition seeking necessary orders from the Hon’ble Single Judge of this Court. 4.
