The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 91 of 2025 arising out of Ichagarh P.S. Case No. 33 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 69 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Seraikella. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is an adult lady aged about 29 years. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the parties were in consensual relationship since last three years. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Seraikella in connection with S.T.
