The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for issuance of an appropriate order or direction to respondents No.2 & 3 to arrest respondent no.4 who has been declared proclaimed person on 28.10.2024 and produce her before competent of Court of law and take action on his representation dated 15.02.2025 (Annexure P-3). 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has recently filed a representation on 15.02.2025 before the Senior Superintendent of Police Sangrur, District Sangrur (Annexure P-3) raising his grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereon. He further submitted that at this stage, the petitioners would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police Sangrur, District Sangrur to decide the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioners and take necessary action thereon.
