Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.98 of 2025 arising out of Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.249 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 304B of the I.P.C., pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Seraikella. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased namely Jema Godsora, who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. It was submitted that apart from ligature mark, there is no other mark of violence on the person of the deceased. It was further submitted that some of the witnesses have stated that the deceased was having illicit relationship with one Agnu Singh Sardar. Agnu Singh Sardar used to pressurise the deceased to leave her husband due to which she committed suicide. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Seraikella, in connection with S.T. Case No.98 of 2025 arising out of Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.249 of 2025.
