In response to our order dated 11.08.2026, Respondent No. 3 has verified the documents furnished by Respondent No. 4 and thus, the grievance put forth by the petitioner has been resolved. 3. It is so because the petitioner has sought directions to Respondent No. 3 to forthwith verify the documents submitted by Respondent No. 4, and to direct the Management to take action for appointment to the post of Under Graduate Teacher in the school run by the Petitioner-Trust. 4. As regards the delay caused at the hands of Respondent No. 3, the learned AGP has shown us across the Bar the communication dated 27.08.2026 issued by the Director of Education (Primary), Maharashtra State, Pune, stating that action under Section 10 of the Maharashtra Government Servants Regulation of Transfers and Prevention of Delay in Discharge of Official Duties Act, 2005 has been initiated and the Departmental Inquiry has been proposed in Kartikeya (2) 13-WP-4986-2025 terms of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1979. 5.
