So many opportunities have been granted for compliance of the order passed by this Court and on the last occasion i.e., on 24th April, 2026, the officer concerned i.e., the Administrators/Municipal Commissioner, Ranchi Municipal Corporation was directed to explain as to what is causing hurdle in compliance with the Court's order dated 22.07.2025 in W.P.(C) No.5345 of 2022. 2. The officer concerned i.e., Administrators/Municipal Commissioner, Ranchi Municipal Corporation is present before this Court. - 2 - 3. In his presence, Mr. Rahul Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the Ranchi Municipal Corporation, has submitted that they have moved before the Hon’ble Apex Court by filing S.L.P. (Diary) No.25646 of 2026 against the order which is subject of the present Contempt Case. 4. After few moment, Mr. Rajiv Ranjan, learned Advocate General appeared and submitted that the order of this Court has already been complied with. 5. Faced with this situation and the confusion being created, due to the two statements by two responsible learned Advocates, who is representing the Opp. Party-Ranchi Municipal Corporation, this Court deems it necessary to press upon the concerned Opp. Party to file affidavit clarifying the stand. 6. The matter was adjourned to be taken up in the second half. In the second half affidavit has been filed but it was already 4.30 p.m. 7.
