Review Petition No.131 of 2025, a/w Review Petition No.132 of 2025, Review Petition No.133 of 2025, Review Petition No.134 of 2025, Review Petition No.135 of 2025 and Review Petition No.136 of 2025 2. By way of these petitions, the petitioners are seeking review of the judgments in issue, on the ground that the same were passed by the Court on the basis of the judgment passed in CWP No.2108 of 2023, titled Bhagat Ram Versus HRTC and others, decided on 31.05.2023, which judgment has been set aside by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, with further direction that the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 3 2025:HHC:46184 writ filed by Bhagat Ram has been ordered to be revived to be heard on merit. 3. As this factual position could not be disputed by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents, these review petitions are allowed, as prayed for. The judgments in issue are re- called, the writ petitions are ordered to be revived to their original number and the same are ordered to be listed along with CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled Madhu Deshta Versus State of H.P. & others, before the appropriate Bench at the pleasure of Hon’ble the Chief Justice. 4.
