Heard the parties. 3. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Pakur Mufassil P.S. Case No. 157 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 74, 76, 303(2), 352, 79, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 8 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Pakur. 4. On 19.06.2025, the accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the twelve years old sister of the informant. It is further alleged that they also tore her clothes and made her nude. 5. The statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., earlier called for, has been received, in which, she has stated that on the date of occurrence, the accused persons had dashed her by their motorcycle. Thereafter, they abused her. She has further stated that when she went to take bath, co-accused Babul Sheikh snatched her Odhani. She has not stated anything regarding the present petitioners that they had tore her clothes. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Pakur, in connection with Pakur Mufassil P.S.
