Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court, submits that he has already resolved the issue that was persisting between them and the property which had been given to the daughter by the senior citizen, will not be claimed back from her as she is taking care of him as he is residing with her in the same property as of now. Even the son of the petitioner, namely, Gurbrinder Singh is also present in Court today and support the decision of the senior citizen.
2. The respondent, namely, Amandeep Khokhar, submits that due care will be taken of the senior citizen with regard to his daily needs and he will be provided food in a manner required to be given to a senior citizen by his children.
3. In case, any of the children, namely, Gurbrinder Singh and Amandeep Khokhar do not serve the senior citizen in a manner undertaken Kanchan 2025.03.26 14:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this
order/judgment
CWP No. 8269 of 2025 2 qua his daily needs, especially food, the senior citizen will be at liberty to revive the present writ petition by filing an application.
